Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
This year we are running the London Marathon 2023 in memory of our Brother-in-law Alan Sidlow and Aunt Bernadette Bancroft.
We will also be running the Manchester Great Run as a family. I will be running the half marathon in the morning and going into the 10k with my husband and daughter. To make it more challenging I will be dressed a Manchester Bee.
St Anns Hospice provide specialist palliative care for people with cancer and non-cancer life-limiting illnesses, at all stages of their illness.
St Anns cared for my mum, father-in-law, aunt and friends in their final days. This year we sadly lost our Aunty Bernadette Bancroft and our Brother-in-law Alan Sidlow. They both thought highly of St Ann’s Hospice and the care they give to their partients.. We want to give something back in their memory ❤️
I know St Anns hospice has touched so many people. The staff at St Anns do an amazing job. St Anns rely on raising £20,000 a day to keep the hospice doors open.
Running the London Marathon last year was such an amazing experience and we were blown away with the support and well wishes we received throughout ithe whole
journey.
"The 2023 Virgin Money London Marathon is the biggest marathon ever staged anywhere in the world, with an incredible 100,000 runners taking part".
Training is not going to be easy but with hard work and determination we will both cross that finishing line and hopefully raise as much money as we can for the hospice.
Please support me and my husband on our fundraising journey for ST Anns Hospice. A charity close to my hearts ❤️
