Following on from last year, I am honoured once again to have been offered a place on the MS Superstars Team running the Virgin Money London Marathon 2019.    

MS is a disease that is all too familiar to me, my mum having been diagnosed with the disease back in 1991.  As a keen runner this is the perfect opportunity for me to combine both a hobby (some would say obsession) and to raise funds for the MS Society in the process.  

There is currently no cure for MS.  For some people, MS is characterised by periods of relapse and remission while for others it has a progressive pattern.  For everyone, it makes life unpredictable.  The MS Society is a brilliant charity who use the money donated to help sufferers of MS and their families, use the money to fund world-class research and they have ambitious and aspirational plans to make real progress in MS treatments, care and support so that together we can beat MS.

I will be proudly wearing my MS Society vest on 28 April 2019.  I would be so grateful if you would consider donating to the cause, no amount too small.  Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
