The recent events in Ukraine has triggered much anxiety and helplessness within our community. More importantly, our children are finding it extermely difficult to articulate how they are feeling regarding this situation. What better way to show solidarity and compassion than children coming together, at a time of need to focus their energies and efforts to raise money to support the people of Ukraine through participating in a number of sporting events including the Trinity triathlon (Sun 26th June).
Following on from Joseph and Joshua Longley’s initiative to fundraise through sport, Amaaya Patel, Beau and Brodie Purdom, Ilana Nagamootoo, Milan and Saanya Patel, Jude Mulvihill, Daniel and Elena Harris, Ethan Freeman, Vivienne Loynes, Jessica and Daisy Hollins, Emily Shaw, Florence Elsey, Holly Payne, Surina and Kiana Rajkumar, Ania and Amala Srinivasan would like to follow in their footsteps to support The Red Cross Ukraine Crises Appeal. In addition, Ayush and Shreya will support the cause by taking part in a walk/run challenge.
