Stand by Me rescue kids from extreme circumstances around the world. The kids come from terrible backgrounds, some are orphaned, some abandoned, some abused – the things you never want for your children or anyone’s children. These kids were born into the poorest communities, written off by society but Stand by Me follow Jesus’ example as they see their potential. They provide for their individual needs from food and healthcare to loving parents and a life changing education until they reach their full potential many years later, when they are able to stand on their own two feet and have become who God created them to be. Stand by Me have transformed over 10,000 kids lives in the last 22 years and they want to help so many more. 

£20 can pay for an eye test for a child and a pair of glasses

£50 can pay a nurse’s salary for a month in Burma

£100 can pay for 12 children to receive dental checks which will make sure our children have healthy mouths, teeth, gums and a bright smile

£450 is the monthly cost of soap, toothpaste, sanitarytowels and other hygiene items for the 1,000 children in Ethiopia

£1,000 pays for a month’s medical costs for children and primary care-givers in Bekoji, Ethiopia. This includes medication, operations, travel to hospitals and appointments with consultants.
