Earl Hill Ben Nevis Challenge · 27 March 2021

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity operates and funds three air ambulances and a fleet of critical care cars covering Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands. This lifesaving service costs £13-14 million each year and is funded by donations only.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  During lockdown I can walk up Earl Hill from home.  By doing 9 ascents in one day (27 March is planned) I can walk the equivalent height of Ben Nevis and would like to raise funds for the Air Ambulance who came out to help me after a climbing accident on Earl Hill in 2012.  I was eventually winched off by a Sea King from RAF Valley as too precarious for the Air Ambulance helicopter who landed below.  The Air Ambulance medics were the first on the scene.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
