Story
My name is Wesley Wren and I have a beard. An epically magnificent beard. If you know me, you’ve no doubt seen the beard; if you don’t, you’ve still likely heard of it. It has a personality of its own, It’s the kind of beard that makes ordinary people stop me on the street and request a fist bump, or even a closer feel. It’s the kind of beard that makes friends, scares small children, and gets me funny looks from airport security. It’s a beard that transcends mere facial hair—its intertwined into my identity and is as much a part of who I am as anything else. The beard is me and I am the beard.
And with your help, I’m going to shave it off.
Unfortunately my Gorgeous nephew 'Alexander Wilkinson' was born with this debilitating disease, I am hoping to raise a nice sum of money to donate to the 'Cystic Fibrosis Trust' to help support their research to improve cystic fibrosis care and treatment, and aim to ensure appropriate clinical care and support for people with cystic fibrosis. I have chosen to shave the beard off on his 2nd birthday which will be on 17th Sept 2016 and I will be running a 10km run in Faversham on Sunday 18th Sept 2016. at least I'll be more aerodynamic.
Please give as little (or as much ) as you can... Ellie will be so pleased the beard has gone! :-D
I have set quite a high target, so if I reach the £1,000 I will also shave my hair off...
Thank You!
Wes
