Since lock-down began, the Rev. Alan Pyke, a retired vicar aged 82,  has set himself the challenge of walking the distance from Lands End to John O’ Groats around Stuart Court – all 850 miles.  So far, he is over the half way mark and  expects to reach John O’ Groats sometime in October.

The café at the Well will be in urgent need of redecoration before it opens again after lock-down and it is hoped, by the trustees, that we will be able to carry out improvements to the kitchen to make it an
easier place to work in for our volunteers

Alan is seeking to raise money for the Well Cafe restoration plan.
