As the New year commences a new challenge is ahead of me.The London marathon. My first marathon after doing two Cardiff half marathons. A daunting prospect but there's no better introduction to a marathon than this one in my capital city!

Leonard Cheshire Disability strive for a society in which each and every person is valued equally. Believing that the disabled should live their lives in the manner they wish to live them.They want the opportunity and support to live independently and this is my way of helping them participate and contribute fully in society. It's an honour to run for Leonard Cheshire and to do so for my good friend who has cerebral palsy.
