as many of you know back in 2013 it was an horrendous year for us with the total destruction of our home by fire .. what a lot of you don't know is our eldest son was diagnosed with Autism too.. I have spent the last few years coming to terms with this and learning as much as I could about how to help him lead a full filling life with as many opportunities as  is avavible to everyone his age.. with out the help and support of the NEAS with training days awareness courses I wouldn't be where I am today with Thomas and I wouldn't have been brace enough to home school him and his brother too..(best decision ever)..

I haven't been in the best physical shape in the last four years and my heads been boarding on total breakdown but getting back to running and doing something again for charity is spuring me on to achieve this goal I my fifties too.. so please support me as little or as much as you can as every penny will help other parents and children..
