Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

Story

Only a few short weeks away until race day. Training is becoming more intense and challenging but that's not going to stop us from achieving our goal of raising £20K for Aspire by the end of the month!

Aspire is an incredible charity - helping those with spinal cord injury to live full, independent lives.
