On the 29th of October 2021 I was diagnosed with a stage 4 brain tumour. Through out this last year I have underwent surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy to help try rid me of cancer. Without these procedures I would not be here today. To give help back to those suffering from this disease I have decided to raise money to help fund Brain Tumour research.

I am organising a walk round the Flotterstone up to Scalds law (10k’ish) on Saturday the 29th of October 2022. That is one year on from my diagnosis. This is take in the lovely views of where I was brought up and to have fun and raise money. Anyone is welcome to join in if they wish. We will be meeting at 9am to begin the walk.  Afterwards we can have a drink in the pub.

My friends and I have also entered to the mens edinburgh 10k run on the 23/10/2022 also to help raise funds.
