Story
My daughter Sacha was just 13 when she was taken from us in September 2013.
Sacha had been poorly for a very long time & cared for by some truly
wonderful people. During her last few months especially, I got to see firsthand how amazing Chestnut Tree House really is. A hospice supporting children who are terminally ill, or have a life shortening condition and are not expected to reach adulthood.
To all those at Chestnut who supported Sacha, the rest of our family we aim to raise essential funds to help Chestnut continue do what they do so well.
Chestnut Tree House is a children’s charity providing hospice care and community support for children and young people with life-shortening conditions. There are hundreds of children and young people in your local community who are unlikely to reach adulthood. And even more parents and family members who need care, help and support on their journey, as they do not know how long they will have together.Your help enables families to spend time together. Precious moments that give a lifetime of memories.
