Richard's Bristol to London Static Cycle
Fundraising for Stroke Association
Fundraising for Stroke Association
Hello,
My Name is Rich and I have decided to take on the challenge of riding 125 miles on a static bike – the equivalent of riding from Bristol to London. I am doing this for the Stroke Association which is a charity close to my heart as I suffered a stroke on my 8th Birthday. I’ve overcame many challenges since this event, having to learn how to do things all over again! The Stroke Association charity has been instrumental to this and I would like to show my appreciation by raising money through this event to help anyone that goes through a similar experience.
I have chosen to Cycle as this was one of the many activities that I have needed to re-learn. On Friday 17th February I will be taking to the saddle so please could I kindly ask for sponsorship to contribute to my fund raising. If you wish to support me in person I will be undertaking this arduous task at the UWE Gym so please pop along.
Many thanks for your support.
