This is an opportunity to give to a great charity helping me and others deal with our cancer. 

Just over a month ago, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer and Macmillan Cancer Support have been there to help support me through psychologically and emotionally.

So......

On Saturday 10th December 2016, myself along with nearly 100 martial artists are coming together to complete 4000 Karate techniques each in 3 hours to raise funds for such a great cause.
