It’s that time of year again where I will be embarking on a 145 mile bike ride to Amsterdam, last year I was under prepared but got through it, this year I am prepared but about a stone heavier and carrying an extra chin!

This is my 2^nd year doing the ride for prostate cancer, but since doing it last year it is amazing how many people I have met/spoke with that know of someone who has been affected by prostate cancer. I am expecting the ride to be a lot tougher than last year but it will be worth going through the pain to raise money for such a good cause so any donation big or small will be greatly appreciated!
