After reflecting on the last few years, Lynsey decided that she would like to start taking opportunities to do the things she has always wanted to do, and Gemma decided she needed to start saying yes more without thinking about it too much.

The Man Vs Coast website says "Our breathtaking 25 mile route takes in high cliffs, brooding moorland, picture-perfect beaches, crashing waves, big swells, rough-hewn rocks, water jumps, short swims and a few cheeky surprises."

As part of our challenge we would like like to raise some money for the Sunrise Appeal, as it is very close to our hearts. Our entrance fee has already been paid, so any money donated will be going to the Sunrise Appeal to support the Sunrise Centre, which we know has had such an impact on so many people.
