At the age of 1 and 6 Lucas and Ava we're involved in a serious rta with 3 other family members, both were seriously hurt along with their mother and we're expected to not survive the crash. Both children were flown to Birmingham Childrens hospital where doctors and nurses fought to save their lives, where their mother was flown to Birmingham Queen Elizabeth hospital where doctors fought to save her, their grandfather was also flown to Birmingham while their father was taken to a local hospital.  All 5 of them are still here today and doctors and nurses can't be thanked enough, Lucas and Ava wanted to give something back to the hospital that saved them so are running the great mini run on October 16th to raise money for the hospital, a very very grateful family to the hospital for all they have done we certainly owe them the world.
