I'm running for St John Ambulance as they do so much as a charity. Have you heard about their latest campaign with Tesco providing free baby grows that have how to do baby CPR printed inside. They have been giving demonstrations in Tescos up and down the country. They not only train people of all ages in first aid. They support the emergency service with their ambulances, provide first aid cover at events and offer worthwhile volunteering programmes. 

Please help me to raise as much as I can. This is a big challenge for me but I know I can do it. I'm following the asics running programme to help me.
