It's been 8 years since Dads stroke. For those of you who knew him before the stroke you'll know what an amazingly talented, funny, strong and loving man he was. After the stroke he was all these things, just in a different way. We lost him on 4th February 2017 ..... I miss him every day. 

10k is going to be tough, I'm starting from scratch. Whatever I endure will be nothing compared to what stroke victims go through so please donate xxx
