As the 2020 London marathon is cancelled this year, I will still be running the 40th London marathon in October, but as a virtual marathon from home in order to complete my fundraising target (and still get a medal!). 

Now, more than ever, charities such as CCUK are relying on donations to restart their vital research and keep supporting those who require it.

CCUK hope to be able to provide a place in a future marathon but until then, thank you for your donations and helping me reach my target!

Crohn’s and Colitis UK is a national charity leading the battle against Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.

CCUK have kindly offered me this opportunity/lifetime goal to run the London Marathon in 2020 and I would love to be able to fundraise for them. I was diagnosed with severe Crohns many years ago and really appreciate the difference CCUK have made to me. They continue to campaign, provide valuable support as well as fund vital research into these conditions and hopefully one day soon will find a cure. 

My target is to raise £2600 which is £100 for each mile to spur me along the route.

Better research in to diseases and treatment options are made possible thanks to specialist charities such as CCUK and your kind donations help to fund these.
