Hi, we are Chris & David, two overweight middle-aged men who decided to invest in lycra and cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats.

Why? Fulfilling a lifelong ambition formulated 40 years ago during summer rides across France when we were school mates, and to support the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

Heavy fighting, shelling and air strikes across Ukraine have had devastating consequences. As we sit comfortably at home reading this it is hard to comprehend the agony of those who have fled their homes to escape intense conflict leaving behind loved ones, livelihoods and almost everything they own.
