Having cycled to Paris in 2017, Bournemouth and back in 2018, I thought I could finally hang up the Lycra. As an unfit 57 year old with a shot knee to do another ride was the last thing on my agenda. But losing a friend to this rotten disease at 48 years of age, and the passion of my fellow Ark riders for this fantastic cause, here we go again. No promises I'll complete this but it won't be through lack of trying, if you can spare a few quid I'd appreciate it.
