On Sunday, July 2nd I will be running 10K in the Great Newham London Run 2017.

This year I am raising funds for Celia Hammond Animal Trust and would welcome your contributions of £2 towards this cause.

They are an amazing charity that is overwhelmed with rescue animals looking for homes and clinic patients in desperate need of low cost veterinary treatment.

They are run primarily by volunteers and by donations by the public they do not receive any other funding but what they do is essential, generous, kind and often thankless.

It is an amazingly humble charity with kindhearted and hardworking staff.
