Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page - When you wish upon a star is a charity that helps families with very sick children make wishes come true and memories to last for ever.  My grandson was very poorly recently and had cancer, he is now in remission and is a wonderful, happy slightly cheeky 3 year old - during his illness I met many children who were also ill and did not recover.  This charity enables families to make lasting memories together.
