Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I plan to ride solo the 5 capitals of the Uk and Ireland in 5 days (750 miles approx).

My niece Ella visits the Blaenau children's centre and these are the words of her mum

'Ella always smiles when she arrives there as she knows where she is and I know she is safe and has fun with the other children and staff'.

I am also raising money for Carmarthen breakthroug' who are a small, independent charity that provides leisure activities for children aged 4-19 with servere learning and physical difficulties as well as autism.

The monies donated will be shared equally between both centres.
