Story

Hi, I’m 14 and I live in Dandelion house. in 2011 my little sister Georgia died from a brain tumor, and it affected my family a lot. Me and my carer came up with a plan to raise money.

Charlie my carer kindly offered to let me shave her head
for Georgia and we’re calling the campaign brave the shave for Georgia.

On the 24th June 2022 i will be shaving Charlie's head in remembrance of my sister. I would like to ask you all to kindly offer your support and donate anything you can, no matter how small.

So far we have gained the support of local businesses such as Nurture Care Group and The Crafty Blinders who have kindly donated to our fundraiser.

Anything you can donate will be greatly received. Thank you.

Each year, Heartlands Hospital treats 76,000 children, and the Charity is aiming to improve the quality of the children's areas to make the hospital experience more calming for children, complementing the excellent quality of care at the hospital. With your help, Heartlands Hospital Charity will be able to renovate the relative's rooms, the garden, and the Children's Outpatients Department which will help to create a nicer atmosphere throughout the hospital.
