Hello All,

I've decided to run this year's Great Manchester Run in support of a fantastic cause - Royal Manchester Children's Hospital Charity. After visiting the Children's Hospital and seeing for myself the wonderful work they do I have decided to dig out my trainers to support this wonderful cause.

The hospital treats some of the poorliest children from across the North West, all of whom show immense bravery and courage whilst receiving treatment from often life threatening and debilitating illnesses. I'm proud that the money I raise will be going towards such a worthy cause.

So dig deep, don't be shy and remember, pennies make pounds :)
