At Level Water, we use the power of swimming to improve lives for children with disabilities. Everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and fall in love with the water.

Story

I am raising money for Level Water, a charity which helps disabled children swim.

For children who can’t access group swimming lessons, Level Water provide a year of one-to-one lessons to teach them the basics. They then help the children integrate successfully and progress on to competitive clubs. Without their work, most disabled children will never learn to swim.

I am passionate about swimming and think that every child, regardless of their situation, should be able to learn how to swim.

The Dart 10K is like a swimmers marathon.  It is an open water (translation - COLD water) swim down the scenic River Dart in Devon.

My longest distance so far is 3K so I'm setting myself quite a challenge and I need to do some serious training to be able to go the distance on this.

It would be great if you could donate something to inspire me to train and ensure i complete this swim and help the wonderful work that Level Water do for disabled children.

Level Water is currently working at 20 sites across the country and teaching 10,000 lessons a year. With our help they can continue to grow to new towns and cities, giving every disabled child a fair start in sport.
