On the 9th September at the New Cross Inn, the 24 Hour Punks will perform a 45 minute set that will be written and rehearsed in the preceding 24 hours.

Mark, my Father-in-Law, recently died from Cholangiocarcinoma, a rare form of cancer that occurs in the bile ducts. Around 2,000 people a year are diagnosed, but because the first symptoms only become evident once the cancer has spread, just 5% of sufferers live beyond 12 months. Mark's first symptoms appeared last October; he passed away in January. There is only one small UK charity, AMMF, that raises money for this form of cancer.  

As a musician, I'm blessed to have met and shared stages with some incredibly talented people. The gig will see an incredible bunch of people come together to produce something unique for a very good cause. All monies raised from ticket, t-shirt and music sales will go to AMMF.
