I am Frugal Dougal a 13 year old cairn terrier and I just love to help anipals who have not had the best start in life. Donations of any size are greatly appreciated as every penny counts when it comes making a difference to the lives of anipals who need care, love and a forever home. Donating through this website is quick, easy and totally secure.
The reason I decided on this particular charity is simple, my good pal @emmythecat did helped me find it and we picked it because they care for all kinds on anipals, cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and even birdies.
Some info from Margaret Green Animal Rescue
We are committed to the long term existence of the Trust and desperately need to increase our funds for veterinary costs to enable us to rescue, care for, and rehome the hundreds of animals needing our support each year.
Our Sanctuaries:
As well as being our Head Office, Church Knowle is the largest sanctuary of the Trust. Situated in 35 acres in the Isle of Purbeck, we currently care for more than 250 animals including cats, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and an active wildlife section. This is also a visitor centre offering free entry.
Also in Dorset is our Lincoln Farm Rescue Centre, providing care for dogs as well as rabbits and guinea pigs.
Our Wingletang Rescue Centre near Tavistock in Devon provides care for cats and dogs.
