St Gemma's Hospice have been instrumental in the support of a local Leeds family, whose husband / father has been battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia for 3 years.  Sadly all the treatment has succeeded in doing was to lower his immune system so much so that he's now fighting off secondary infections too.

This man is an inspiration to his family, and an excellent role model for his 4 children. 

St Gemma's provide support for patients, their familes and carers, and do so ensuring that everyone involved receives the respect and dignity that they deserve.  St Gemma's need donations to ensure they have the resources they need to help as many people as they can, while they go through the hardest fight of their lives.
