Story

Thanks for visiting my page!

I'll admit that I've mainly signed up for this challenge to motivate me to get on my bike a bit more over the summer months and trim the winter belly, BUT the Prince's Trust is an absolutely fantastic cause that I support passionately (check out where I helped raise £10k for them a few years ago: https://www.justgiving.com/trustedtrade).

For those of you who don't know, the Palace to Palace is a cycling event which takes participants from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle and raises funds for the Prince's Trust which supports vulnerable young people across the UK. This year the event is taking place on the 2nd October and I'll be riding with the Accenture team, which we're hoping we can get up to 500 riders strong and raise £100,000 this year.

Any small donation helps, so please give what you can.  If I raise £250 I get a free Accenture jersey (it really is very fetching), and as a stretch goal, if you get me to £500, I'll attempt the Ultra route and cycle back as well (90 miles!)

*** UPDATE 27/09/2016: Thanks for all the very generous donations - I never expected to actually reach the £500 mark! I am a man of my word though so can confirm that I have now changed my event to the Ultra (90 mile!) distance.  I hope you all enjoy my pain! ***
