Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.
After Nikki and Ian completed the Great North Run last year, they decided to do it again with a little help from some friends!  I know we've all begged you for money before but we thought it was another opportunity to raise a bit more money for a fantastic charity that is close to all our hearts.

Cystic Fibrosis affects more than 7500 babies, children and young people in the UK.  It is a genetic disease that affects the vital organs in the body, such as the lungs and digestive system, by clogging them with thick mucus.  At present there is no cure but the faulty gene has been identified and doctors and scientists are working to find ways of replacing it.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cystic Fibrosis Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support and wish us luck!!
