WeSeeHope is a charity committed to creating sustainable change for vulnerable children in East Africa through education, child rights and economic empowerment initiatives.

Story

Life is tough for the Vilakati family. Their parents are gone - Dad dead from the AIDS scourge which has orphaned 65 000 in Swaziland and Mum missing and possibly also dead. As a result the two older siblings are left to run the house and look after the two younger ones. Survival is a daily battle and yet they are determined to stay together and be a family.

After the making of the documentary film "Family Vilakati" – the Vilakati family were sponsored by a family from the UK. £500 a year provides them with food, clothes and an education.

With your help we can reach out to these children. If you have been touched by this film, please give generously so that we can help more child headed households like the Vilakati family.
