The Great North Swim offers people of all abilities the chance to get active and raise money for a cause they care about in the process. Held in Lake Windermere in the Lake District, participants can choose 250m, 1/2 mile, 1 mile or 2 miles, making it the perfect event for beginners and experienced open water swimmers.
