We are a team of four serving military personnel who are planning to swim from Alcatraz Island to the Aquatic Park in San Francisco in Jun 2016.

Its a 1.5 mile open water swim in the choppy and cold waters of the Pacific Ocean.

We are aiming to raise a minimum of £500 for the Felix Fund.  The Felix Fund exists to support any military personnel who have conducted or assisted with Explosive Ordnance Disposal duties, and their families. They support the trade’s many injured and bereaved, but also members of the wider ‘bomb disposal family’ who have otherwise fallen on hard times.
