I am currently living the life of a missionary in a poor community on the outskirts of Recife, Brasil. I work for an organization called ZOE with poor children in our community of Tejipio and Pacheco. Our work consists of running numerous amounts of courses for the children, from English to Capoeira. We also outreach acitivities within the community, such as football and volleyball. We are trying to provide a safe and comfortable place for the children to come before or after their half days at school, where they can receive supplementary education and bible teaching. I involved in numerous projects around the community and around the city, teaching capoeira in other communities, running camps during the holiday and a special World Cup outreach project which starts up...well when the World Cup starts up. I am also involved with a church plant here which is tied to our project.
