Story
Anyone who knows me knows that the CF Trust is a charity very close to my heart. My eldest son Jack (aged 8) suffers from Cystic Fibrosis.
Cystic Fibrosis is the UK's most common life-threatening inherited disease, affecting around 10,000 people. Each week 5 babies are born with Cystic Fibrosis and 2 people die. There is currently no cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
Cystic Fibrosis is a complex disease that affects many different organs. It mostly affects the lungs and digestive system
Every single day Jack and many others like him, have to endure hours of treatments, including several sessions of physiotherapy just to try and stay as healthy as they can. Jack is often in and out of hospital and requires frequent IVs and other invasive treatments.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, together we can make a different and move one step closer to finding a cure!
