On the 8th July, I will be competing in the MMA Challenge at Audley Sports Centre, Blackburn. As many of you are aware, over the last few years I have battled illness and faced some of the worst times of my life.

I have taken on this challenge as a personal conquest to get back fit and to prove this illness (Sjogrens) will not stop me from living how I want too. I will be enduring gruelling training sessions, strikes, chokes and healthier eating in preparation.

I will be selling tickets for the event at £25 per ticket. I would appreciate your support and if you cannot attend your support to the Make a Wish Foundation through Just Giving would be greatly appreciated.
