Story

Emma is finally back home!

After five gruelling months in the USA, the Hoolin family are delighted to finally be back home in Wigan!

Emma’s treatment has gone as well as we could have possibly hoped. Her last scans showed that there is currently no sign of cancer. Emma is growing stronger by the day.

The Hoolins are taking some time to settle back in to everyday life, they are tired but so happy to have come to the end of treatment for Emma, looking back it is hard to picture that we would actually make it to where we are today.

Emma was very excited to start school this week. She has been waiting since September. She received an amazing welcome by all the pupils and teachers at Woodfield Primary School. Emma is now really looking forward to being just a normal little girl, who plays out and goes to school.

Again, thank so much to everyone for supporting Emma in her fight against Neuroblastoma!

We hope that she has beaten the beast and that the future starts now! - We pray it is a future free from cancer!

Journey Terms and Conditions

All donations are paid into Solving Kids' Cancer's general funds to further its general charitable purposes. The funds raised by this Journey are not restricted for the child's use. However, the trustees of Solving Kids' Cancer have agreed to designate funds raised by this Journey to help the child and their family pay for potential future treatment costs and all other associated costs including travel and accommodation.
