So, I've decided to run the Great Manchester Run 2014. I've set this page up well in advance because watching donations mount up will be a really useful way to get me off my arse. 

I'm running for Rape Crisis because of the invaluable work they do with women and children who have been affected by sexual violence. Many women don't have access to local Rape Crisis services, and donating to this JustGiving will help them build up a network of services across the UK. This will allow them to offer support, advocacy, counselling and information in a safe space to any victims of sexual violence.  If you want to know more, their website is here.
