Story
As I'm sure most of you know, my Husband (Peter) and his sister (Sarah)
both have Cystic Fibrosis. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust do brilliant work
and research which keeps them (and many others) fit, healthy and alive!
So,
in some vague wave of madness, I decided to enter the York 10k on
behalf of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. I am not a runner by any stretch
of the imagination, so this is an epic challenge for me. If I don't die
during the training alone, it's likely that a miracle has occured.
How can you help?
1)Sponser
me! Anything you can give would be amazing. Go on - give crazy money!
2)Come along on August 1st and cheer me on :D
