In September I will be cycling 45 miles through London to Windsor Castle in aid of the Princes Trust. They do the most amazing work and provide incredible opportunities for people who may not have had the best start in life and require support to get back on their feet.

If I can help even one person my age who hasn't been as fortunate as I have by cycling 45 miles I am 100% up for the challenge!
