I'm going to be running 'Rough Runner' (http://roughrunner.com/) alongside the other members of our pub quiz team, Copper Feel - Dan, David & Jimmy.

Rough Runner combines a 5k run with various obstacle courses inspired by TV shows such as Gladiators, Takeshi's Castle and Ninja Warrior.

We are running a joint fundraising target for the charity 'Greenfingers,' which creates amazing gardens for Children's hospices and was introduced to us by David through his company (http://www.thesolarcentre.co.uk/) and their involvement with garden centres across the country.
