I know all the reasons why this is a superb idea (and for a great cause - Cancer Research UK), but it's still a rather dauting prospect! No alcohol for the whole month .... eeek, give me strength!

Words of encouragement and support are most welcome as is any donation you can manage. I noticed with a sigh of relief that if I happen to slip off the wagon, I can purchase myself a Golden Pass for £15 and not feel too guilty. But I'm going to do my best to remain wagon-bound.
