We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 1980, I lost my Dad to Lung Cancer. I cared for him, and looked after him, for 8 months. He died on 19th of December, which was 3 days short of what the doctors told us.

He died when he was 52, I was 17. Obviously, that was an awful Christmas that year due to the fact that I had just lost my father to this horrendous disease.

I now feel that it is the time to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. Please support us, and help us to raise money for the people that need funding. Sophie will be using a separate page to raise money for Scope.

The event is taking place at New College, Swindon, on Friday 3rd of June 2016, from 12pm till 8pm. Sophie and I are participating in this event which consists of either one of us playing the drums, taking over from each other at different times for a total of 8 hours. There will be a third drumkit available for you to have a go yourselves!

Donations will be much appreciated on your entry to the event, but in the meantime could you please support this charity marathon? That way we can raise as much money as we possibly can for this wonderful charity.

It will be fun and very entertaining for everyone and as I said before, you are all free to play the drums too.

Please give us as much support as you possibly can on all social media sites.

Thank you for your support.
