We care for our patients and their families to provide the individual support they need
Story
Dreams-Wishes-Hopes is a fundraising organisation in Memory of Gill Hazelby.
My mum, (Gill) died on 14 January 2009 aged just 41, she spent the last few months of her life in St Ann's Hospice.
The hospice became like a second home to me (Ben 15), my brother Jamie, (13) and my dad (Paul), in those final few months. We have very special memories of our last christmas together at the hospice.
We now want to repay St Ann's for their kindness, by raising enough money, to fully refurbish St Ann's Hospice's day care centre in memory of my wonderful mum!
Any donation would be really appreciated and take us one step further to achieving our goal!
St Ann’s Hospice provides care and support to people with life-limiting illnesses, their families and carers in Greater Manchester.
Through the generosity of our supporters, all our care is provided free of charge and makes a real difference to those who we support.
