I am Dave. Im am 28. I am not excellent at running. I am however absolutely brilliant at not giving up and I'm planning on using my ability to overcome substantial pain and exhaustion to hopefully raise a bit of cash in order to support those suffering from Alzheimers and also for the families that affected behind the scenes.

I'll add some more depth to this story as I go along but for now I'll leave it here to stew. So far I've signed up to the St Helens 10k on the 8th of March 2015. I'll also be signing up for my usual Total Warrior events in Leeds and the Lakes as well as some other events dotted throughout the year.

I'd love to do a marathon or a long distance cycle if anybody fancies getting in touch RE: new ideas.
