On 15 August I completed the Copenhagen Ironman,3.8km open water swim, 180km bike and 40km run in 12 hours 45 minutes and 32 seconds.  More details and pictures on the build up to and the event itself are available on  www.derekmissionironman.blogspot.com and feel free to post a comment or two!
