Never ones to shy away from a challenge, this year we've decided to give the Land's End to John O'Groats Bike Ride a go, albeit in the other direction into the prevailing wind!

So, on Good(!) Friday, 2nd April 2010 Tim, Gaz and myself will set off from John O'Groats with the wind and hopefully sun in our faces, and cycle 100 miles a day for 10 days.

We'll be raising money for a worthwhile cause, Sabre, a British charity working to increase and enhance education provision in Africa (www.sabretrust.org) - any donation large or small welcome. We also have an offline sponsorship form - so let me know if you want me to add you to that list.

We'll be updating a blog on the go with photos and progress - this will no doubt include updates of aches, pains, blisters, mechanical failure and the odd hangover.
